Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your tour or car rental booking, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation requests must be sent to info@comboyatra.com. The cancellation effective date will be the day we receive your written request.
2. Cancellation Charges (Tour Packages)
- 30 days or more prior to departure: 10% of total tour cost will be deducted as processing fees.
- 15 to 29 days prior to departure: 25% of total tour cost will be deducted.
- 7 to 14 days prior to departure: 50% of total tour cost will be deducted.
- Less than 7 days prior to departure or No-Show: 100% of total tour cost (No Refund).
Note: Flights or train tickets booked through us are subject to the respective airline or railway cancellation policies.
3. Cancellation Charges (Car Rentals)
- 48 hours or more prior to pickup: Full refund (minus standard gateway processing fees).
- 24 to 48 hours prior to pickup: 50% of booking amount will be deducted.
- Less than 24 hours prior to pickup: No Refund.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of cancellation approval. Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment used during the booking process.
5. Unused Services
No refunds will be provided for any unused services, including but not limited to hotel rooms, meals, sightseeing tours, or transportation, if you decide not to utilize them during your trip.
6. Force Majeure
In the event of cancellation due to force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government lockdowns, etc.), we will attempt to provide a credit note for future travel or process refunds based on the recovery of funds from our vendors (hotels, airlines). Combo Yatra will not be liable for the full refund in such extraordinary circumstances.
