1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Combo Yatra, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Booking and Payments

A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment as specified in your tour quote. Full payment must be made prior to the commencement of the tour or as per the specific payment schedule provided to you. Combo Yatra reserves the right to cancel bookings if payments are not made on time.

3. Itinerary Changes

While we strive to ensure all tours run as planned, we reserve the right to alter itineraries, transport, and accommodation in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, political unrest, or transport strikes. Any additional costs incurred due to such changes will be borne by the traveler.

4. Travel Documents

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates required for their destination. Combo Yatra is not liable for any disruption to travel caused by improper documentation.

5. Limitation of Liability

Combo Yatra acts solely as an agent for various service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, etc.). We are not liable for any injury, loss, death, delay, or damage to personal property that may occur during the tour.
